Happy Fans acts solely as a technology platform connecting creators and fans and is not responsible for interactions between users.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
• provide accurate information
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Happy Fans may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Creator Accounts

Creators may publish content and monetize their audience through the Platform.
Creators agree to:
• comply with all laws and regulations
• only upload content they own or have rights to use
• ensure that all persons appearing in content have given valid consent
Creators are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to earnings on the Platform.

5. Fan Accounts

Fans may access creator content through paid or free subscriptions.
Fans agree that:
• payments are for access to content
• purchases may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Fans may not redistribute or reproduce creator content without permission.

6. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload to Happy Fans.
By uploading content, you grant Happy Fans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
• host
• store
• reproduce
• distribute
• display
such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Users may not upload or distribute content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
This includes:
• copyrighted music
• videos
• images
• trademarks
Users represent that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any content they upload.
Happy Fans is not responsible for verifying ownership of user content.
8. Music and Third-Party Content
Happy Fans does not provide music licenses for content uploaded by creators.
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained any required licenses for music, audio, or third-party material included in their content.

9. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

Happy Fans respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a notice of infringement including:
• identification of the copyrighted work
• the location of the infringing content
• your contact information
• a statement of good faith belief
Happy Fans will remove infringing content when properly notified.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

10. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or distribute content that:
• violates intellectual property rights
• contains illegal material
• involves minors
• promotes violence or illegal activities
• contains stolen or unauthorized content
Happy Fans reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
11. Payments and Fees
Happy Fans may process payments through third-party payment providers.
