Happy Fans is a platform designed to help creators build meaningful relationships with their fans and earn income from their content.
Our goal is to create a community that is safe, respectful, and empowering for creators and fans around the world.
These Community Guidelines explain the behavior and content standards expected on the Happy Fans platform located at happyfans.app.
All users must follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service, Creator Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Respect the Community
Happy Fans is built on respect.
Users should interact with others in a way that is:
• respectful
• supportive
• constructive
The following behavior is not allowed:
• harassment or bullying
• hate speech or discrimination
• threats or intimidation

Creators and fans should treat each other with professionalism and respect.

Fans should always know what they are supporting.
3. Respect Creator Content
Creators invest time and effort into producing their content.
Fans may not:
• download and redistribute creator content without permission
• share paid content outside the platform
• resell or pirate creator content
Unauthorized distribution of creator content violates both community rules and intellectual property laws.
4. Protect Privacy
Privacy is extremely important.
Users may not:
• share someone’s private information
• publish personal contact details without permission
• attempt to expose another user’s identity
Creators should also respect the privacy of individuals appearing in their content.
5. No Illegal Activity
Content or behavior that violates laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

• stolen or pirated content
• impersonation for financial gain
Illegal activities may result in immediate account suspension and potential reporting to authorities.
