This Referral & Affiliate Policy (“Policy”) explains how HappyFans (“HappyFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by  Globold Group Inc. , manages referral rewards, affiliate partnerships, creator referral commissions, promotional incentives, and related programs on the HappyFans platform located at  HappyFans  (the “Platform”).
By participating in any referral or affiliate program on HappyFans, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable platform rules.
 
1. Eligibility
To participate in the HappyFans Referral or Affiliate Program, you must:
  • Maintain an active HappyFans account
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Comply with all HappyFans policies and applicable laws
  • Not engage in fraud, impersonation, deceptive marketing, spam, or abusive conduct
HappyFans reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.
 
2. Creator Referral Program
HappyFans allows users to refer creators to the platform using a unique referral link or referral code.
Eligible participants may earn recurring commissions based on the creator revenue generated by creators they successfully refer to the Platform.
Current Referral Structure
  • Users may earn 2% of eligible creator revenue
  • Commissions may apply to creator earnings from:
    • Subscriptions
    • Tips
    • Pay-Per-View (PPV) content
    • Other qualifying monetization features introduced by HappyFans
  • Referral commissions are currently paid for up to 12 months from the referred creator’s signup date unless otherwise stated by HappyFans
The exact commission structure, duration, eligibility requirements, and qualifying revenue categories may vary based on promotions, partnerships, or regional programs and may be updated at any time.
HappyFans reserves the right to determine what transactions qualify as eligible creator revenue.
 
3. Affiliate Program
Approved affiliates may promote HappyFans through websites, social media, creator networks, advertising campaigns, communities, or other approved marketing channels.
Affiliate rewards may include:
  • Revenue-sharing commissions
  • Referral bonuses
  • Performance incentives
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Partner-based compensation agreements
Affiliates must comply with all advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Prohibited Affiliate Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  • False or misleading claims about HappyFans
  • Spam or unsolicited promotional messages
  • Fake traffic, bots, or automated signups
  • Self-referrals or commission manipulation
  • Impersonation of HappyFans or its representatives
  • Misleading earnings claims
  • Promotion of adult content to minors
  • Unauthorized use of HappyFans trademarks, branding, or intellectual property
  • Fraudulent creator onboarding practices
Violations may result in:
  • Immediate suspension or termination
  • Reversal or forfeiture of commissions
  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Legal action where applicable
 
4. Payouts & Commission Processing
Referral and affiliate earnings are processed according to HappyFans’ standard payout schedule and payout eligibility requirements.
Please note:
  • Processing fees may apply
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply
  • Commissions may remain pending until transactions are verified
  • Chargebacks, refunds, disputes, or fraudulent transactions may result in adjusted or reversed commissions
HappyFans reserves the right to withhold payouts while conducting compliance or fraud reviews.
 
5. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
To protect the integrity of the Platform, HappyFans actively monitors referral and affiliate activity for abuse or manipulation.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Duplicate or fake accounts
  • Self-referrals
  • Artificial traffic generation
  • Automated or scripted signups
  • Creator account manipulation
  • Payment fraud
  • Abuse of promotional systems
HappyFans may investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspension, termination, withholding of payouts, or legal enforcement.
 
6. Program Changes & Termination
HappyFans may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any referral or affiliate program, commission structure, payout model, or incentive campaign at any time without prior notice where permitted by law.
Where required, notice of material changes will be provided through the Platform or via email.
Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
