5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Happy Fans maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
6. Misrepresentation
Any person who knowingly submits a false copyright infringement notification or counter-notification may be liable for damages under applicable law.
Users should ensure that any notices submitted are accurate and made in good faith.
7. Third-Party Content
The Platform contains user-generated content uploaded by creators.
Happy Fans does not pre-screen all content and does not claim ownership of creator content.
